Project Description:
The project is to establish an organisation (NGO) so as "To create the possiblity of 'fun and expression' for students and 'joy and pride' for teaching community in India". We have formed a team of professionsals, created a business model of the organisational set up.

What I got out of SELP:
- Created an opportunity for my family members to be aware of what they want for themselves and what is coming n the way, by conducting the 'Home Introduction'.
- Improved my understanding of other's listening for me in my workplace and family through 'Interview' framework.
- Moved forward on community initiative that I was earlier keen to pursue, in a structured way and with high level of urgency.
- And lastly a new community of SELP in my life.
My Future Plans:
- Provide servant leadership to the SELP project which has already been adopted by the whole project team as a community Initiative.
- Ensure that all four family members who have registered for Landmark Forum, should attend and then create a new world of possibilities in this extended family.
- Plan an introduction to landmark at my office as well.
