Project Description:
My Project is to provide access to underprivilidged childrens to basic educational material like elementary school books, note Books, stationery etc. The project is to motivate them so that they enroll and start going to government schools. I believe basic education can go a long way in improving their lives.
What I got out of SELP:
I am present to the people in my community, their breakdowns and breakthroughs. I have improved my listening at workplace and my team recognises me as a leader who is present to their needs. I have increased people in my community map which were not there earlier. I am now more self-expressed and can enroll and register people in any situation. I feel connected to Humanity as a whole at a much higher level. I am practicing distinction of Performance triangle as a result I find myself in integrity and lot more power in dealing with people and situations. I am trying to take leadership position in office and neighbourhood. I am having peace of mind which were not there earlier.

- Director ( Finance ) in three years time in a new company.
