Project Description:
"Hum Hain Rahi Kaam Ke": Creating a Self sustaining Enterprise with People of 50+ age group who have chosen to take life easy or are now retired and want to spend time to help people who are either in need of real good consultancy in many different fields like Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Law, Finance, Education, Medicine, Computers, Immigration, Property, Supervision, Liaison in various Government Departments or just want to check whether the course of action suggested to them in those fields are the best and most suitable for them. The Enterprise has 50 professionals of 50+ age group from various fields.. Starts 1st Nov. 2010

What I got out of SELP:
- I got present to all the distinctions while coaching
- I feel very close to the participants and also feel wow! that I could make a difference to their lives, creating a fulfillment in my heart
- Understood Listening the way it is suppose to be.
- I got MYSELF BACK... As self confident leader with lots of power to re-align to integrity every time in a jiffy helping me to be fully creative and self expressed that I use to be some 10 years back.
My Future Plans:
- Creating a self sustaining almost perfect structure for Myself, My family, My society.
- I will complete construction of my house by 30th April 2011.
- I am looking forward to be a Head coach first- Completing ILP and then use it to perfect the art of being GOOD LEADER in LIFE to Touch, Move & Inspire as many lives as possible for rest of my life.
