Project Description:
The name of my project is "One Team One Dream - TIC that". My community project is to motivate & inspire people in my organisation (TIC) to develop culture of oneness, openness & belongingness. All employees should feel that they are the custodian of the Organisation & work for a common objective to take TIC to greater heights. To make it happen I have created two group of Leader's body. One consists of 5 workforce from Mid management & second one is consits of 4 workforce from Sr. Management. Sr. Management are redefining all policies & procedures & other leaders body are doing team building activities and knowledge sharing session in the Organisation.
What I got out of SELP:
SELP has given me the power of sharing my life & my possibilities with others. Mastery in Enrollment & Registration conversation. Using the distinction of Commitment Vs Attachment & performance triangle in daily life. Creating new possibilities every moment and to be on those possibilities. Taking feedback from people.Acknowledging others & me for everything accomplished in life & creating new possibilites.
My Future Plans:
Will open a School in my home town Sambalpur, Orissa by 2015, where apart from the traditional education students will engage themselves with fun elements & other curricular activities. To become GM HR by 2015 & CEO by 2020.
Testimonials
"'Perseverance'... just one word says it all about our group coach. He was humble enough to acknowledge that he wasn’t sure initially how well he would be accepted as a coach by all of us. If I haven’t missed a single session of SELP, I owe it to him. How much I want him to be more expressive, now that his SELP has actually happened. Thanks Biswajeet, you have truly earned the ‘Guru Dakshina’."
"The quiet assasin who killed the resignation of his own self and that of his participants and demonstrated transformation in areas of your life by going beyond your stops be it the project you took on, having your wife complete the landmark forum. Way to go boy."
