Project Description:
"Emancipation of Mankind" - It is basically about empowering people and I've touched on about 20 people in my community of friends, family and colleagues and empowered them in an area where they were feeling a loss of power. The impact of it was that they felt that they were not alone. They felt that somebody was with them and understood them.
What I got out of this SELP:

- I got three wonderful participants who I feel very close to now and I could make a difference to their lives, making me feel more fulfilled.
- I could give space to people, humanity and mistakes.
- I got good at the performance triangle, enrollment and registration conversations.
My Future Plans:
- I am looking for more challenging work and professional growth.
- I am looking on to be a coach for the next SELP.
