Project Description:
"Shraddha – the Blissful Years"

To bring happiness, comfort and safety into lives of the aged. To provide then access to activities they enjoy and get them to contribute towards society and feel important.

What I got out of SELP:
  • Learnt that success lies in mastering the art of Execution. Also understood the power of Delegation and hence creating time for myself to play bigger games.
  • Understood the power of communities.
  • Understood how mountains can be moved by a slight altering of the context.

My Future Plans:
  • To set up a 'Finishing School' for young women - a school of world class repute.
  • To play ‘Full On’ in every sphere of life.
  • To find ways of contributing back to society.

Testimonials

"Kulmeet has been always clear as to what exactly he needs to take on from the entire curriculum, though at times, I would agree to disagree to his observations. But thank you Kulmeet for the insights that you have been providing to me directly indirectly from the advance course days, which have added more value to my life."

- Pooja Verma

"The quintessential no-nonsense corporate guy, Kulmeet has all the hallmarks of being a full-blown leader in all areas of his life. Being an army veteran gives him that edge, resilience and analytical insight in his thought processes that are unmatched. With keen sense of humor, immense love and compassion for his family and friends, he consistently pushes himself without limits to achieve what many would consider impossible."

- Arjun Khosla

"Kulmeet is a very intelligent, smart and hardworking person. He knows how to do hundred things by using the technique of time management and organised ways. Being an army man, he is unstoppable and full of happiness and treats everybody with respect. He is very dedicated and caring person."

- Geeta Pathak

"The Dormant Volcano. He erupts once in a thousand years, but then floors everyone around him. I so much agreed with his comment to Sowmya, ”All Surds are cute, you just have to look at them carefully”. May be I’ll be able to share more about him after our long awaited Beer Session. Hey Kulmeet, why are we procrastinating that and not applying the Landmark Distinction and doing it “Right Now”?"

- Ankur Raina

""Here is a man, who’s a walking inspiration! Being from the Army itself would have been good enough for most, but he had a vision and moreover the strength and determination to make it come true! Kulmeet’s the kind of guy who would produce brilliant results and make it seem totally effortless. He’s been a great buddy throughout this journey and I’m sure he’ll stay an amazing friend for life. I really admire his humility for not having the “I know it all” attitude despite having experienced all that he has. "

- Dhruv Varma

"Loved those long calls with you at the beginning of the programme as you were dealing with your participation and very inspired by your clarity and articultion of your thoughts. Your stand for your wife (being at her advanced course sunday evening after a 24 hrs plus flight from the US) having your mum and aunt for the Tueday evening session; your stand for Madhulika, Kapil, Arjun and for this community is what inspires leaders like me to keep leading such programmes."
